Section 212-17-495 - Payment of civil penalty(1) The penalty must be paid to the state fire marshal immediately after an order assessing a civil penalty becomes final by operation of law or on an appeal.(2) The attorney general may bring an action in the name of the Washington state patrol, through the state fire marshal, in the superior court of Thurston County or of any county in which the violator may do business to collect any penalty imposed under chapter 70.77 RCW.Wash.
