Section 212-17-220 - Pyrotechnic operators - General(1) Pyrotechnic operators are licensed to conduct displays of fireworks and articles pyrotechnic.(2)No public display license will be issued unless at least one licensed pyrotechnic operator is listed on the application as being responsible for conducting the display.(3)An operator must be at least twenty-one years old and licensed in accordance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.(4)Penalties for this section are provided in WAC 212-17-515.Wash.
