Section 194-37-150 - Financial documentation of annual revenue requirement(1) For purposes of the report filed pursuant to RCW 19.285.070, a utility shall document its annual revenue requirement.(2) A utility that uses a different basis for the determination of its annual revenue requirement for purposes of calculating what it expects to recover or actually recovers through retail electricity sales in the state of Washington in that year may use that number in the calculation of the cost cap and must provide documentation to support this alternative approach.Wash.
