Section 192-800-060 - What happens if an appeal or a petition has been filed and one of the parties has a change of contact information?(1) Once an appeal has been filed, any interested party must notify the office of administrative hearings of any change of contact information.(2) Once a petition for review has been filed, any interested party must notify the commissioner's review office of any change of contact information.(3) Any interested party who fails to comply with this section will not have good cause for failure to appear at a hearing or for late filing of a petition for review or untimely submission of a reply or petition for reconsideration.Wash.
