A behavioral health administrative service organization (BH-ASO), or a managed care organization (MCO), or a BH-ASO's or MCO's designee must provide public information on the availability of mental health and substance use disorder services. The BH-ASO or MCO must:
(1) Maintain information on available services, including crisis services and the recovery help line in telephone directories, public web sites, and other public places in easily accessible formats; and(2) Publish and disseminate brochures and other materials or methods for describing services and hours of operation that are appropriate for all people, including those who may be visually impaired, limited-English proficient, or unable to read.Wash.
