Section 182-537-0800 - Program integrity(1) To ensure compliance with program rules, the medicaid agency conducts program integrity activities under chapters 182-502 and 182-502A WAC.(2) School districts must participate in all program integrity activities.(3) School districts are responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and completeness of all claims submitted for medicaid payment.(4) The agency conducts reviews and recovers overpayments if a school district does not comply with agency requirements according to agency rules.Wash.
