Section 182-31-010 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to establish school employees benefits board (SEBB) eligibility criteria for and the effective date of enrollment in SEBB approved benefits. The rules within this chapter are applicable for school employees eligible for SEBB benefits under RCW 41.05.740(6) and for school board members eligible for SEBB benefits under RCW 41.05.743.
