Section 182-51-1100 - Authority to assess fines(1)RCW 43.71C.090 allows the authority to assess a fine of up to one thousand dollars per day for failure to comply with the requirements of RCW 43.71C.020 through 43.71C.080 and the requirements of this chapter. See WAC 182-51-1300 for fines for failing to comply with reporting requirements and WAC 182-51-1400 for the amount of fines based on culpability.(2) The authority may grant an extension of time to a reporting requirement deadline under WAC 182-51-1200.Wash.
