As used in this chapter, the term "suspension order" means an official document issued by the superintendent of public instruction which contains:
(2) One or more conclusions of law stating one or more of the following: (a) The commission of an act of unprofessional conduct.(b) The lack of good moral character.(c) The lack of personal fitness.(3) An order suspending the education practitioner from practicing for a stated period of time.(4) Such order may contain a requirement that the education practitioner fulfill certain conditions before resuming professional practice and certain conditions after resuming professional practice.Wash.
