Section 174-116-235 - Enforcement(1) Whenever an unattended vehicle is parked in violation of these regulations, the college may take the registration number and other identifiable information and may affix to such vehicle a parking citation in a conspicuously visible location.(2) When an attended vehicle is parked in violation of these regulations, and upon request of a parking enforcement officer or police services officer, the driver may be required to move the vehicle immediately to a designated parking area or off campus. Refusal to move the vehicle is a violation of these regulations and may warrant a parking citation.Wash. Admin. Code § 174-116-235
