Section 173-98-510 - Funding recognition(1) Where applicable, the recipient must acknowledge department and EPA funding in reports, technical documents, publications, brochures, and other materials.(2) Where applicable, the recipient must acknowledge department and EPA funding for site-specific projects by one of the following means:(a) Standard signage (appropriately sized and weather resistant);(b) Posters and wall signage in a public building or location;(c) Newspaper or periodical advertisement for project construction, groundbreaking ceremony, or operation of the new or improved facility;(d) Online signage placed on community web site or social media outlet; orWash.
