Section 173-802-050 - Designation of responsible official

Within the department of ecology, the ultimate responsible official is the director. The responsible official for a specific proposal shall be the person who has been delegated signature authority per WAC 173-06-030, unless more than one person has such authority in a proposal; if so, the responsible official shall be either the next higher supervisor common to all involved persons, or any senior professional staff designated by the deputy director.
