Section 173-407-100 - Policy and purpose of Part II

The legislature established statutory goals for the statewide reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The legislature further intends by chapter 80.80 RCW to authorize immediate actions in the electric power generation sector for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
