Section 173-360A-0900 - Purpose and applicability.(1) This part establishes a certification program for service providers, specifies the responsibilities of services providers, and identifies which services on UST systems must be performed by certified service providers. The certification program is designed to ensure that the services performed on UST systems are performed safely and in a manner that will protect human health and the environment.(2) The requirements of this part apply to any services performed on an UST system requiring the use of a service provider under this chapter.(3) The applicability of this part does not affect the applicability of any other legally applicable licensing requirements or manufacturer certification requirements.Wash.
