Section 173-310-030 - Responsibility to obtain and place litter receptacle

It is the responsibility of any person owning or operating any establishment or public place in which litter receptacles are required by this chapter to obtain, place and maintain litter receptacles at their own expense on the premises in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
