Section 173-187-250 - Issuance of Washington COFRs(1) Ecology will review applications and issue Washington COFRs for vessels and facilities within 30 calendar days of receipt of a complete application.(2) If ecology approves the application for financial responsibility, it will issue a Washington COFR to the applicant stating that the proof of financial responsibility requirements have been met for each vessel or facility identified in the application and the Washington COFR will be emailed to the applicant.(3) Washington COFRs expire two years after the issuance date.(4) The effective date and the expiration date will be marked on the Washington COFR.(5) The original Washington COFR, or a copy of the original Washington COFR, demonstrating financial responsibility must be available for inspection by ecology upon request.Wash.
