Section 173-186-110 - Submitting a railroad contingency plan(1) The rail plan holder shall submit one hard copy and electronic copy of the plan and all appendices. (2) Once the initial plan is approved, rail plan holders shall resubmit their plans to ecology every five years for review and approval.(3) Ecology will maintain mailing address and electronic submittal instructions on the agency web site.Wash.
