Section 173-182-530 - Planning standards for groundwater spills(1) Each facility plan shall include a description of the methods to be used to immediately assess groundwater spills.(2) Facility plan holders shall include contact information in the plan for resources typically used to investigate, contain and remediate/recover spills to groundwater.Wash.
