Section 173-182-270 - Maintenance records for response equipment(1) Plan holders and PRCs are required to maintain response equipment in a state of constant readiness, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.(2) Plan holders and PRCs that own equipment shall develop schedules, methods, and procedures for equipment maintenance.
