Section 173-180-500 - Applicability of Part E

(1) Part E applies to Class 1 and 2 facilities.

(2) Class 3 facilities must meet the person in charge (PIC) training requirements in 33 C.F.R. Part 154.710 .

(3) Class 4 facilities must meet the training requirements in WAC 173-180-210(2).
