Section 173-160-050 - What are the department's enforcement options?

The department may impose the sanctions that are appropriate under authorities vested in it, including:

(1) The issuance of regulatory orders under RCW 43.27A.190;
(2) Civil penalties under RCW 90.03.600 and 18.104.155; and
(3) Criminal penalties under RCW 18.104.160.
