Section 172-100-240 - Parking permits-Recall, suspension or revocation Parking permits are the property of the university and may be recalled, revoked, or suspended.
(1) Recall: Parking permits may be recalled when the purpose for which the permit was issued changes or no longer exists.(2) Suspension/revocation: Parking permits may be revoked or suspended in response to the following violations: (a) Use of a permit on an unregistered vehicle or by an unauthorized individual. The vehicle and/or permit holder may also be cited.(b) Falsification of a parking permit application.(c) Continued violations of parking rules; or(d) Counterfeiting or altering of parking permits. The offender may also be cited.(3) Appeals: Suspension or revocation of a parking permit under this section may be appealed within fourteen calendar days of issuance.
