Section 170-296A-4900 - Pet wastesThe licensee must:
(1) Keep litter boxes inaccessible to the children.(2) For pets that do not have an indoor litter area, have a designated area outside for pets to relieve themselves that is inaccessible to children in care. This area may not be counted in the licensed outdoor square footage under WAC 170-296A-4925.(3) Remove feces right away if an animal relieves itself in the outdoor licensed space.(4) Clean and disinfect the area immediately when a pet leaves feces, urine, blood, or vomit in the indoor licensed space.Wash.
