Section 170-296A-4025 - Drugs and alcohol(1) The licensee, staff, volunteers, or household members must not, or allow others to: (a) Have or use illegal drugs on the premises;(b) Consume alcohol during operating hours; or(c) Be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or misused prescription drugs when working with or in the presence of children in care.(2) The licensee must keep and store all alcohol, including closed and open containers, inaccessible to children.Wash.
