Section 170-296A-3800 - Overnight sleeping

If the licensee is approved by the department to provide overnight care, the licensee must provide every child a bed or other sleeping equipment to sleep that:

(1) Is safe and in good condition;

(2) Is waterproof or washable; and

(3) Meets the child's developmental needs.
