Section 170-296A-3725 - Where children may sleep(1) The licensee must provide mats, cots, or other sleeping equipment long enough and wide enough for the size of the child.(2) The licensee must never place the children directly on the floor to sleep.(3) When children are sleeping there must be enough space between children to give staff access to each child.Wash.
