Section 170-296A-2675 - Open flame devices, candles, matches and lighters(1) Except as provided in WAC 170-296A-2650 or kitchen ranges using natural gas or propane, the licensee must not use or allow the use of open flame devices in the licensed space or any space accessible to the children during operating hours.(2) The licensee must not use or allow the use of candles during operating hours.(3) The licensee must keep matches and lighters inaccessible to children.Wash.
