Section 162-04-036 - Exemptions(1) The Public Records Act provides that a number of types of documents are exempt from public inspection and copying. The human rights commission will exempt these records from inspection and copying.(2) The human rights commission is prohibited by statute from disclosing lists of individuals for commercial purposes.Wash.
