Section 16-309-080 - Laboratory personnel performing low complexity testingPersonnel performing low complexity testing must be qualified on the basis of education, training, experience and demonstrated skills, and must meet the following minimum requirements:
(1) Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent;(2) Have training to perform the test;(3) Be evaluated for competencies to perform the test by someone who is already qualified to perform the test;(4) Be approved by the scientific director to perform the test.Wash. Admin. Code § 16-309-080
