Section 16-306-120 - THC certification(1) If the hemp meets THC concentration requirements in this chapter, the department will issue a document of certification attesting that hemp has been tested or visually inspected for THC concentration and is in compliance with this chapter.(2) No hemp may leave a registered land area identified on a license without being issued THC certification by the department.(3) Hemp plant material from different registered land areas or lots may not be combined until the department issues certification for each field, lot, or registered land area. Hemp seeds and grain are excluded from this restriction.Wash. Admin. Code § 16-306-120
