Section 16-302-165 - Interagency certification requirements - Blends

Blends of different origin can be authorized only after obtaining approval from certifying agencies involved. Blends must comply with blend standards established by the department (see blending of certified seed in this chapter). Interagency tags used must show percentage of each origin involved.
