Section 16-695-020 - Dealers and growers - Annual registration with the department - RequirementsDealers and growers must register with the Washington state department of agriculture, and the following requirements apply.
(1) No person may act as a dealer without first registering with the department. Registration shall be made annually on a form provided by the department and will expire on March 31 of each year. The department will assign a registration number to each person registered under this subsection.(2) No person shall act as a grower without first registering with the department. Registration shall be made annually on a form provided by the department and will expire on March 31 of each year. The department will assign a registration number to each person registered under this subsection.(3) Any person who acts as a dealer and a grower must register as both.Wash. Admin. Code § 16-695-020
