Section 16-228-1330 - What are the pilot and aircraft requirements for pesticide applicators?(1) All pilots and aircraft, used for or engaged in the commercial application of pesticides shall comply fully with the appropriate rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration.(2) All applicants for an aerial applicators license shall comply with FAA certification requirements.
