Section 16-108-050 - RegulationIn conformance with the authority set forth in RCW 69.25.170(1) egg seals shall not be required in the sale of eggs by:
(1) Any poultry producer from their own flocks directly to a household consumer exclusively for use by such consumer and members of their household and their nonpaying guests and employees; and(2) Shell egg packers on their own premises directly to household consumers for use by such consumer and members of their household and their nonpaying guests and employees.Wash.
