Section 137-25-025 - Adoption or revision of serious violations(1) The secretary may adopt and/or revise serious violations.(2)Before adopting or revising a serious violation, the secretary shall, when applicable, follow the rule-making procedures of chapter 34.05 RCW, the Administrative Procedure Act.(3) Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting the department of corrections' exclusion from the Administrative Procedure Act under RCW 34.05.030(1)(c).Wash.
