Section 132T-116-020 - Applicable traffic rules and regulations - Areas affectedThe traffic regulations which are applicable upon state lands devoted mainly to the educational activities of the college are as follows:
(1) The motor vehicle and other traffic laws of the state of Washington shall be applicable upon all lands located within the state of Washington.(2) The traffic code of Walla Walla County, Washington, shall be applicable upon all lands located within Walla Walla County, Washington.(3) The traffic code of the city of Walla Walla, Washington, shall be applicable upon all lands located within the city of Walla Walla, Washington.(4) These regulations shall be applicable to all state lands which are or may hereafter be devoted mainly to educational, research, recreational, or parking activities of the college.Wash.
