Section 132T-100-295 - Disciplinary holdsA disciplinary hold will be placed on the records and registration of any student who:
(1) Fails to respond to a disciplinary notice by a judicial body. Any pending disciplinary matters must be resolved prior to reregistration or a student's graduation. No student will be allowed to register, graduate, obtain transcripts, or receive financial aid until the pending disciplinary case is completed;(2) Is under an interim suspension from the college. The disciplinary hold will not be removed until the pending disciplinary case is completed;(3) Is under suspension from the college. The disciplinary hold will not be removed until the student's suspension status has expired and/or the requirements as set forth by the judicial/appellate body for readmission have been successfully met; or(4) Is under expulsion from the college. The disciplinary hold will only be removed, upon written request, for a student to obtain their transcript.Wash. Admin. Code § 132T-100-295
