Section 132R-175-010 - Authority and purpose(1) The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures the Community College District No. 18 (also referred to herein as "the district") will follow to ensure compliance with the provisions of chapter 42.56 RCW, Public Records Act.(2) Per RCW 42.56.070(1), the Community College District No. 18 makes available for inspection and copying non-exempt "public records" as described in these rules. A public record includes any writing containing information relating to the conduct of government or the performance of any governmental or proprietary function prepared, owned, used or retained by Community College District No. 18, regardless of physical form or characteristics.Wash.
