Section 132P-33-050 - Right to demand identification(1) For the purpose of determining identity of a person as a student, any faculty member, administrator, or other college personnel authorized by the president or designee may demand that any person on college property or at a college-sponsored event or activity produce evidence of student enrollment at the college. a valid student identification card will satisfy this requirement.(2) Refusal by a student to produce identification as required shall subject the student to disciplinary action.Wash.
