Section 132L-120-170 - Decision by the judicial board(1) Upon conclusion of the disciplinary hearing, the judicial board shall consider all the evidence therein presented and decide by majority vote any of the following actions:(a) That the college terminate the hearings and exonerate the student; or(b) That the college impose any of the disciplinary actions as provided in this code.(2) The committee's written decision shall include findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations for the final disposition of the matter at issue.(3) Within seven days after the decision of the committee, the student will be mailed or otherwise provided with a copy of the committee's findings of fact and conclusions. The copy shall be dated and contain a statement advising the student of his or her right to submit a written statement to the president of the college appealing the recommendation of the judicial board.(4) The decision of the judicial board becomes final unless appealed within ten days of mailing or delivery of notice of disciplinary action to the student.Wash.
