Section 132L-117-080 - Appeal proceedings-Appeal of fines and penalties(1) Appeals must be presented in writing, giving full particulars, listing witnesses, evidence, etc.(2) Appeals must be submitted to the chief administrative officer within five business days from date of citation.(3) If an appeal is not resolved to the satisfaction of the alleged violator, he/she shall have five additional business days from receipt of decision by the chief administrative officer to appeal to the parking advisory committee.Wash.
