Section 132E-16-001 - Objectives of traffic rules and regulations(1) To facilitate the operations of Everett Community College (EvCC) by assuring access to it by vehicles; and(2) To provide safe pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic ingress and egress to the EvCC campus and satellite sites; and(3) To assure access to the EvCC campus and satellite sites at all times for emergency, maintenance and custodial equipment; and(4) To minimize traffic disturbance during class hours; and(5) To manage and to enforce vehicular traffic and parking on the EvCC campus and satellite sites.Wash.
