Section 110-15-0250 - Eligible provider capacity and payment(1) DSHS may pay: (a) Licensed and certified providers for authorized care up to the provider's licensed capacity as determined under WAC 110-300B-5700, 110-300A-0080, or 110-305-5625, as appropriate; and(b) In-home/relative providers for authorized care up to a maximum of six eligible children.(2) A provider authorized to receive subsidy payment must submit an invoice only for children who have been authorized by DSHS to receive subsidy benefits. In addition, a provider must not submit an invoice for a number of children that exceeds the provider's licensed capacity.(3) Failure to comply with the requirements of subsection (2) of this section may: (a) Result in the immediate suspension of the provider's subsidy payments; and(b) Result in the establishment of a provider overpayment as provided in WAC 110-15-0268.Wash.
