Section 110-15-0021 - Eligibility-ExclusionsAt application and reapplication:
(1) A consumer is not eligible for WCCC benefits for any child who receives care from a licensed family home child care in which the consumer works.(2) A consumer is not eligible for WCCC benefits for a child who receives care from a child care center in a classroom in which the consumer provides direct care.(3) A consumer is not eligible for WCCC benefits when the consumer is the only parent in the family and will be away from the home for more than thirty consecutive days.(4) A consumer who is also an in-home/relative child care provider is not eligible to receive WCCC benefits for the consumer's own children for the same hours the consumer receives WCCC payments to care for other children.(5) A consumer who is also a child care provider and receives TANF benefits on behalf of a child is not eligible to receive WCCC payments for the same child.Wash.
