Section 110-145-2060 - What are the requirements for supervision of children at my group receiving center?(1) Children must be within visual or auditory range at all times during waking hours.(2) You must ensure that staff providing direct care and supervision of the children are free of other administrative duties at the time of care.(3) When a child is known to have exhibited behavior that poses a safety risk to other children, you must develop a safety and supervision plan with the child's DCYF caseworker to address the risk.Wash.
