Section 110-03-0110 - Appointment of an interpreter in the hearing process(1) If a party or witness has LEP, OAH will provide an interpreter during the hearing at no cost to the party or witness.(2) If OAH is notified that a party is a LEP person, all notices concerning hearings must: (a) Be written in the party's primary language; or(b) Include a statement, in the primary language, explaining the importance of the notice and informing the party how to get help in understanding the notice and responding to it.Wash.
