Section 108-40-140 - Termination protocol responsibilities of the commission's staff(1) Within forty-eight hours of a decision to nonrenew, revoke, or terminate a charter school contract, the commission's staff will establish a transition team.(2) Within twenty-four hours of a decision to nonrenew, revoke, or terminate a charter school contract, the commission staff will notify the Washington state board of education and the office of superintendent of public instruction.Wash.
