Section 9VAC15-20-20 - Authority

This chapter implements § 45.2-1646 of the Code of Virginia, which requires the Department of Environmental Quality to develop criteria and procedures to assure the orderly preparation and evaluation of environmental impact assessments for gas or oil well drilling operations in Tidewater Virginia.
