Section 6VAC35-71-890 - Provision of health care servicesA. The health care provider shall be guided by recommendations of the American Academy of Family Practice or the American Academy of Pediatrics, as appropriate, in the direct provision of health care services.B. Treatment by nursing personnel shall be performed pursuant to the laws and regulations governing the practice of nursing within the Commonwealth.
