Section 4VAC25-101-90 - RecordkeepingA. A permanent record of each of the following items will be kept by the Division of Mines: 4. Drillers report (drillers log, final plat or map, and the results of any log or survey required);6. The name of each applicant;7. The date of receipt of any application, plat or map;8. The date on which an objection was filed;9. The date on which a hearing was held;10. The date on which a permit was issued or refused; and11. The date on which any action was taken by the chief.4 Va.
